Select Channel Output (Video Tuner / Coaxial Only)

Note: This screen will not appear unless "Video Tuner" (for Coaxial video connections) was selected in the previous step.

Enterprise TV must know which channel on which the receiver box outputs video. In most cases, external receivers output a signal on channel 3 or channel 4. Outside of the United States, external receivers may output reception on other channels.

If the external cable or satellite set-top box has been used with a television, select the same channel that the television uses for reception from the set-top box. If unsure what channel to select, connect a television to the receiver box, ensure the receiver box is tuned to a channel, and change channels on the TV until video is displayed.

If the number entered is higher than 14, as in the example above, the "Select the tuning mode" option will appear. This setting exists because although cable and antenna frequencies are equal on channels 13 and lower, they differ on channels 14 and higher, and some receiver boxes may use antenna frequencies rather than cable frequencies.

When the correct channel has been selected, hit NEXT and proceed to the next section of this document.
