In order to set up IR tuning, Enterprise TV must be completely shut down.
Right-click on the TV system tray icon and select "Stop Services."
Right-click on the system tray icon and select "Exit" to close the Enterprise TV system tray agent.
Next, Run the Setup Wizard.
