The System Information Uploader feature is useful for providing SnapStream Technical Support with detailed information about your computer's capabilities and Enterprise TV's settings so that they may more efficiently and accurately diagnose and repair any problems with installation or use of Enterprise TV. To access this feature, right-click on the Enterprise TV System Tray Icon, an example of which is shown below:
The following menu will appear:
Select "About Beyond TV." Another menu will appear:
Click "Upload system information..." and the following will appear.
Click "Upload Now" and a progress bar will appear, and progress to the right:
When it's finished, a "confirmation number" will be displayed:
Giving this number to SnapStream Technical Support will greatly assist them in troubleshooting problems with Enterprise TV.
